This piece celebrates nature and its bountiful bouquet. A rich collection of flowers all hand sculpted with pallet knives and thick, wonderful paint.
There are aspects of watercolours within this art and right at the top are two thickly painted honey bees (hence its title).
 
There are hours of painstaking work again in this piece and it's full of beautiful interesting blending and richly mixed textures. Some of the paint flows over onto the edges of the canvas for added interest.
 
Strung at the back ready for hanging, varnished in glossy art varnish and supplied as always with a certificate of authenticity.
