Two worlds merge beautifully here in the form of firstly a sculpted creation that then has original floral artwork painted painstakingly over the top.
This beautiful, tactile floral art includes a 3d hand sculpted, then painted, bumble bee with delicately constructed wings, a 3d butterfly and 3d textured, large protruding poppies and hand modelled wildflowers. All are very secure and sturdy and are also varnished that gives the impression of thin resin over the art.
I use an expensive art modelling material for the base structure, then prime this, paint my original art over it and varnish with a luxurious, glossy varnish. This all gives the artwork its look of exquisite and exclusive design, making it a true statement piece for art investors.
The solid wooden frame is a complimentary, dark brown colour with aspects of distressing on it that reveal touches of gold/copper for some added appeal.
