Deluxe, circular artworks painted on solid wood.
 
These beautiful pieces really are quirky. Created with my usual textured approaches and even with a hand sculpted/hand painted butterfly on both.
 
These are glued onto board that has been painted black and varnished and framed in a deep white box frame. The window mount has been carefully painted in a yellow gold colour, which adds richness. I have then deliberately taken the glass out the frames to give the feel that you are opening a magic box or window and stepping into the piece.
